Booking Policies - 2010

  1. Call the HOST CLUB PRO SHOP up to one week in advance and let them know you are registering for the event.
  2. List all the names in your group. If you are booking as a single, you will be assigned to a group.
  3. Give them your credit card number, in advance, to reserve your spot. Tell them how many spots you are paying for.
  4. All events are run on a cost recovery basis. The price you pay to the pro shop is the actual price we pay the club.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 5 days in advance of the event. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance will result in a charge to your credit card.
