Booking Policies - 2017

You must be a paid GBGSA member to participate in any event. Please follow these steps:

  1. Register for the event online at www.gbgsa.com
  2. Pay for the event via PayPal using a credit card or debit
  • If the only form of payment for the member is by cash or cheque then it may be mailed to the address below. Payment may also be brought to registration on the day of the event.

  • YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE EVENT ONLINE REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 5 days in advance of the event. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance will result in a charge to your credit card.
